This policy describes how ContextForger AB processes personal data when you visit contextforger.com or contact us.

ContextForger AB, org. no. 559602-8430, registered office Helsingborg, Sweden, is the data controller. You can reach us at [email protected].
02What data we process
When you send an enquiry through the form or email us, we process the details you provide: your name and email address and, if you give them, your company, phone number, message and any quote summary from the calculator. We also keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time to protect the service against abuse.
03Why, and on what legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, send quotes and book meetings. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
04How long we keep the data
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, we keep the data for as long as the customer relationship lasts and thereafter as long as the law requires, for example under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
05Who receives the data
We never sell personal data. Form messages are sent through the email service Resend, and incoming email is forwarded through Cloudflare. Both act as our data processors. Transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur and are then based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics.
07Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, to request restriction of processing and to object to it. Contact us at [email protected]. If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
